My employer is no longer paying me wages. What should I do?
3 minuten mr. Mariëlle Ducaat Employment Law for Employees Saturday 13 February 2021 2025
There are several reasons why an employer might suspend wages. However, suspending wages cannot be done arbitrarily; there must be a valid reason. As soon as you notice that you have not received your wages, you should immediately claim them from your employer. If your employer still refuses to pay, we can assist you by drafting a letter to the employer. If that doesn’t help, we can initiate a wage claim procedure for you at the court.
